【工作職責(zé)】
* 負(fù)責(zé)所在區(qū)域產(chǎn)品和解決方案的銷售,與團(tuán)隊(duì)合作完成負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域的銷售目標(biāo);
* 維護(hù)和發(fā)展所負(fù)責(zé)的市場(chǎng),完成新客戶開發(fā)目標(biāo)及利潤(rùn)指標(biāo);
* 向客戶提供公司產(chǎn)品解決方案,負(fù)責(zé)合同洽談、訂單執(zhí)行、貨款催收及售后支持等全流程銷售;
* 協(xié)助銷售渠道開發(fā)與管理、品牌推廣、市場(chǎng)調(diào)研和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手相關(guān)信息收集;
* 確定和發(fā)展重點(diǎn)用戶成為公司愛粉,及時(shí)反饋相關(guān)客戶信息至上級(jí)經(jīng)理;
* 定期匯報(bào)有關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)活動(dòng)、市場(chǎng)開發(fā)和客戶總體滿意度狀態(tài);
* 與總部的銷售、研發(fā)、市場(chǎng)和客戶管理團(tuán)隊(duì)密切合作,把握客戶銷售機(jī)會(huì);
* 上級(jí)交付的其他工作。
【Responsibility】
- Responsible for the sales of products & solutions in the region, and cooperate with the team to complete the region sales objectives;
- Maintain and develop the market in charge, and complete the new customer development and profitability target;
- Provide customers with the company\'s product solutions, be responsible for full sales cycle from contract negotiation, order execution, payment collection to after-sales support, etc;
- Assist sales channel development and management, brand promotion, market research and information collection of competitors in the region;
- Identify and develop top users into Seitz fans, and feedback relevant customer information to the superior manager in time;
- Regularly report relevant business activities, market development and overall customer satisfaction status;
- Work closely with the sales, R&D, marketing and customer management team of the headquarter to grasp customer sales opportunities;
- Other tasks assigned.
【任職要求】
* 大專或以上學(xué)歷,機(jī)械、自動(dòng)化、機(jī)電一體化或其它相關(guān)工程類專業(yè);
* 三年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備豐富的銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),有一定客戶資源者優(yōu)先;
* 熟悉零部件或OEM業(yè)務(wù);具備方案定制化經(jīng)驗(yàn);熟悉氫能源行業(yè);
* 熱愛銷售工作、樂觀向上、勤奮踏實(shí)、強(qiáng)烈的工作責(zé)任心及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神;跨文化
* 優(yōu)秀的銷售和溝通技巧,強(qiáng)烈的客戶服務(wù)意識(shí),自我激勵(lì)和壓力承受能力,能適應(yīng)50%的經(jīng)常出差;
* 良好的英語表達(dá)能力及電腦處理能力;
【Qualification】
- College degree or above, major in mechanical, automation, mechatronics or other related engineering;
- More than three years working experience in relevant industries, rich sales experience, with certain customer resources is preferred;
- Familiar with component or OEM business; experiences with customer-specific solutions; familiar with Hydrogen industry is required;
- Love sales work, optimistic, diligent and practical, strong sense of responsibility and team spirit;
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, strong customer service awareness, self-motivation and pressure tolerance, can adapt to frequent business trips up to 50%;
- Good English and computer ability.
