負(fù)責(zé)整體的日常運(yùn)營(yíng)和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)客服團(tuán)隊(duì)的管理。包括實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)作情況,員工中作狀態(tài),現(xiàn)場(chǎng)秩序的維護(hù),保證業(yè)務(wù)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)
監(jiān)控和管理團(tuán)隊(duì)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量及效率,評(píng)估業(yè)績(jī),必要時(shí)決定并采取措施
處理現(xiàn)場(chǎng)升級(jí)問(wèn)題,協(xié)調(diào)處理客戶投訴,異常問(wèn)題及時(shí)與客戶方溝通
參與客服日常工作,解答坐席的各類疑問(wèn),合理適時(shí)給出解決方案和建議同時(shí)處理日常疑難問(wèn)題及投訴
根據(jù)日?头墓ぷ鞅憩F(xiàn),對(duì)指標(biāo)落后的員工進(jìn)行專項(xiàng)輔導(dǎo),列出具體問(wèn)題并跟進(jìn)完善
定期召開(kāi)會(huì)議傳達(dá)業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí)和最新信息,認(rèn)可和激勵(lì)優(yōu)秀員工,增加團(tuán)隊(duì)凝聚力
制定培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃,幫助提高小組成員的業(yè)務(wù)技能
完成項(xiàng)目要求的各項(xiàng)運(yùn)營(yíng)報(bào)告和數(shù)據(jù)分析,并推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目改善方案
