2. Manage the operation standards of employees and focus their work efficiency and quality.
管理員工的操作規(guī)范,關(guān)注員工工作效率及質(zhì)量。
3. Familiar with the operation process, timely follow the changes and optimization of procedures.
熟悉操作流程,及時關(guān)注程序的變化和優(yōu)化。
4. Follow up quality/safety issues, deal with exception, and provide support and advice to upper management and relevant departments.
跟進質(zhì)量/安全問題,處理異常,為上級管理層及相關(guān)部門提供支持及建議。
5. Proficient in operating the setup of various systems and following up system anomalies
熟練操作各系統(tǒng)的設(shè)置及系統(tǒng)異常的跟進處理。
6. Effectively serve the overall operation of the operating unit, and provide good and effective communication and coordination among the operating departments
有效服務(wù)營運單位的整體運作,為營運部門間的高效協(xié)作提供良好有效的溝通協(xié)調(diào).
7. Identify potential risks, give reasonable suggestions to avoid in advance, and follow up exception handling
識別潛在風(fēng)險,并給予合理化建議以提前規(guī)避,跟進例外處理。
8. Combine with the result data, analyze the root cause of the problem and give reasonable Suggestions.
結(jié)合結(jié)果數(shù)據(jù),分析問題根本原因,給出合理化建議。
