Position Summary
職位概述:
The Senior Sales Manager assists the Director of Sales in leading and supervising the Sales Team. He/she oversees and directs all aspects of the negotiation and coordination process as well as the successful handling of Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. / Social / Tour & Travel events as assigned. Leads the Sales Team to ensure smooth operation of the department to maximize business opportunities and deliver the highest service standards
高級銷售經(jīng)理需協(xié)助宴會銷售總監(jiān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)宴會銷售部門。他/她督導(dǎo)并管理所有談判過程,同時(shí)需成功的跟進(jìn)所分派的公司、散客、會務(wù)、社會活動、旅游團(tuán)隊(duì)等各項(xiàng)活動。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)通過準(zhǔn)確、快速的服務(wù)使收入最大化,同時(shí)給客戶以最高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的服務(wù)。
1. Plans sales trips, under the direct approval of Director of Events or Commercial Director to major market areas, calling on accounts within the specific market areas. Reports to the Director of Events on potential markets needing coverage
在宴會銷售總監(jiān)或商務(wù)總監(jiān)的直接批準(zhǔn)下對主要市場的地區(qū)制定銷售拜訪計(jì)劃,對一些特別地區(qū)的市場進(jìn)行電話銷售,向宴會銷售總監(jiān)匯報(bào)潛在市場客戶的需求范圍。
2. Liaises closely with Sales Team in proposing the best deal when handling leads / inquiries (pricing strategy, special requirements) passed over, in order to convert the leads / inquiries to confirmed events.
在跟進(jìn)處理以一些生意或客戶詢問時(shí),與銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)保持緊密的聯(lián)絡(luò)與溝通,最終時(shí)生意確認(rèn)下來。
3. Ensures effective communication with the organisers.
確保與組織者有效的溝通。
Required Qualifications:
必要的資歷要求
1. Sound communication skills,with strong teamwork spirit,
具有良好的溝通技巧; 擁有較強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神;
2.. Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.Ability to manage by example.
能在強(qiáng)壓下勝任工作,具有以身作則的能力。
3.University graduate, excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.

4. Minimum 3 years experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
具有至少三年在國際連鎖酒店的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
5. Very familiar with local market and good at marketing trend anlysis.
了解本地客戶的情況并具有很強(qiáng)的市場分析能力。
6. Ability to lead, to provide guidance and to develop team member.
