Talent Sourcing Specialist THE ROLE Sourcing Specialist will assist Recruiters with candidate sourcing and generation while developing and keeping a continuous pipeline of a diverse pool of candidates. ? Responsible for the identification, assessment and development of external candidate pools for client vacancies utilizing various resource tools, sourcing strategies, and techniques. ? Sourcing Specialist will proactively develop potential recruiting sources, maintain sourcing channel statistics, determine recruiting objectives and maintain sourcing data in applicant tracking system. This individual will develop a candidate pipeline through various sourcing methods including Internet and database mining, professional networking and identifying additional recruiting sources for specialized searches. ? Prepare sourcing reports, analyze data and assist in future strategy development while enhancing the reputation of the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES Proactively searches for and identify the best qualified candidates via cold calling, direct sourcing, bullion search, database mining, client referrals, local advertising, networking, professional and communities, etc. Provide market intelligence gathering by clearly defining the specifics of the job including the responsibilities, requirements, compensation, company culture, etc. Work closely with recruiters to develop s and implement defined recruitment strategies. Assists in the coordination and implementation of strategies to develop applicant pools. Utilizes multiple sources of information to maintain and adjust strategy as necessary (journals, internet, schools, and associations). Ensures a clear understanding of the positions recruiting for and understands the selection criteria to be applied. Proactively identifies new resources applicable to industry assigned and other relevant industries. Provides continual feedback and acts as a resource as necessary for recruiters. Reports recruitment conditions on market data learned from candidates or other sources to Program Leader. Proactively alerts Recruiters and Service Management Center leader of problem searches. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Fresh graduates or One year above of professional research/sourcing/recruiting experience in a fast pace, large complex organization utilizing an on-line applicant tracking system. Knowledge of various recruitment tools: cold call, social media, professional groups, associations and websites. Self-starter, ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively manage multiple projects. Demonstrated success in developing, generating and executing sophisticated candidate sourcing strategies with high quality candidates. Detail oriented and well organized, ability to work in a multi-task environment with high volumes. Strong customer service orientation, ability to collaborate and work effectively in partnership with others. Bachelor degree or above, excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
