任職要求：
-機(jī)械或者工程專業(yè)大學(xué)本科
-3年以上產(chǎn)品開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有機(jī)械行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
-具有QFD和FMEA 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，Pro/E 熟練者優(yōu)先
-熟練掌握機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)、機(jī)械加工工藝、失效分析，了解鋼材性能
-能獨(dú)立負(fù)責(zé)并解決項(xiàng)目過程中出現(xiàn)的問題
-結(jié)果導(dǎo)向 （質(zhì)量、成本），強(qiáng)烈的時(shí)間觀念
-熟練的英語聽說讀寫能力
-掌握CAD，Pro/E良好者優(yōu)先
-具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神

Responsibilities:
-Lead and coordinate engineering activities of the project teams to develop products according to standard Bosch Product Development Process (PDP)
-Coordinate and support all technical aspects of the projects
-Act as technical interface (Liaison) between all functions and Buyout supplier
-Drawing, BOM work
-Initiate and implement product ****ing (internal/external), analyze and report
-Analyze problems and establish technical solutions
-Search for innovation, quality improvement and cost reduction opportunities for new and existing BO products.
- Designing and improving partly or in total power tools and its components. This includes
CAD drafts work with the software Pro/E

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
-3 years experience in product development, preferably in mechanical industry
-QFD and FMEA experience, Proficient in Pro/E are preferred.
-Knowledge in mechanical design, metal manufacturing process, failure analysis, preferably knowledge with steel.
-Work independently to complete tasks as required to meet project targets.
-Result orientation (quality, cost, time)
-Fluent in spoken and written English
-Familiar with CAD (PRO E)
-Good team player
