* Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
a) Prepare the Vendor Overall Schedule in line with the Project Master Project Schedule and the Site Erection Sequence.
b) Prepare the Progress Measurement Tools against the vendor scope of supply.
c) Monitor vendor to fully understanding technical requirement
d) Update regularly and highlight the Critical Path, to communicate with relative project stakeholders.
e) Coordinate among Project team, Engineering, QAQC, Headquarter and Vendors to assure the work is performed properly against project procedures.
f) Replan the schedule against actual condition to satisfy the overall project schedule with the means such as logic change, enhanced resources or any other contingency plan.
g) Prepare weekly report and monthly report.
h) Support other functions in the company.
* Competencies/Skills required:
Must :
a) 5+ Working experience in Power industry(Design Institute, Boiler Works, Construction Company ,Power Station or EPC company).
b) Strong communication skills with different parties and nationalities in Mandarin and English.
c) Positive attitude and hard working against any unexpected project situations.
d) Knowledge of workshop controlling and erection sequence.
e) Ability of handling MS Project, MS Office.
f) Frequent business travels are required
Preferred:
Experience in International Power Company is a plus.
* Education/Experience
University degree on Thermal/Mechinical/Electric/Welding
Preferred Experience of QC would be a plus.
