Responsibilities
- Being responsible for all material inspection of test orders and production orders from incoming to delivery e.g.:

? Dimensional and mechanical control
尺寸和機械性能試驗
- Establish test competence development plan
建立并實施試驗?zāi)芰Πl(fā)展計劃；
- Inspection & testing instructions and procedures management.
管理檢驗、試驗作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書
- Execute in-house inspection & testing with SCAP equipment based on inspection & testing instructions and procedures，and record it .
根據(jù)SCAP的作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書和相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行內(nèi)部的檢查和試驗，并建立相關(guān)記錄
- Implement properly maintain for all in-house measure equipment and tools,
定期對公司內(nèi)部所有實驗設(shè)備和量具進(jìn)行維護(hù)和檢查；
- Establish and manage external inspection & testing, ensure that external inspection & testing is done in a timely manner as well as meeting SCAP’s inspection & testing requirements.
建立并管理委外檢查或試驗，確保外部檢查及時完成并符合SCAP的檢驗、試驗要求。
- Together with Production planning ensure that inspection & testing is meeting planned delivery dates of customer orders and that solid routines are implemented between Production and Inspection.
與生產(chǎn)共同擬定生產(chǎn)計劃確保試驗和檢驗滿足交付日程要求，并嚴(yán)格按規(guī)定日程執(zhí)行檢查。
- Establish project inspection & testing control plan according to RFQ.
根據(jù)客戶要求制定并實施檢查&試驗控制計劃
- Participate in customer order evaluation (before acceptance of customer order), in order to ensure that SCAP can meet customer requirements regarding material inspection & testing.
參與客戶訂單評審（簽署訂單前）以確保能滿足客戶對SAPA的檢驗和試驗要求。
- Training and evaluate the inspector ,ensure they have enough ability to handle relate task
.培訓(xùn)并評價檢驗員，確保他們擁有與工作相對應(yīng)的能力
- In charge of establish FAI CP for both of supplier and customer;
負(fù)責(zé)建立并實施對供應(yīng)商和客戶的首件檢查
- Support PQE for trouble shooting & evaluation for nonconformenity
.協(xié)助PQE進(jìn)行問題分析。
技能及任職資格
Skills and post qualification
Educated to Diploma or Degree holder equivalent.大?；蛲葘W(xué)歷
2 years working experience in relevant field (preferably in automotive industry or other metal machine industry)
2年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗（汽車或金屬加工行業(yè)）
Continuous Learning and Improvement
持續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)和提高的意識
Good ability for English( Can reading & writing)
良好的英語能力（讀寫專業(yè)文獻(xiàn)）
